WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Do to our low MSRP we can not accept any returns. Some products may as well be shipped directly from the manufactures making a return impossible to complete. Thack you for reading and understanding our policy.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

For first time customers of J.Y.K IMPORT INC. the minimum order value is $100.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Please allow at least 5-10 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time and smaller orders require less than 5 days; please contact us for information about availability.
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods, shipping total would be send by the time product is ready to be shipped and product would not be shipped until total is paid. Shipping prices vary by freight company, if you have a preferred company please contact us for a special request.

WHY DO I NEED A SELES PERMIT?

In order to buy wholesale you must provide us with your sales permit by submitting for a quote, sending us an email with your information and sales permit or simply add your sales permit ID# in the checkout. We then make sure that your permit is up to date and valid so we can proces your order.

WHY A SUBSCRIPTION?

By subscribing you can enjoy exclusive deals and a subscribers only exclusive product list that only subcribers can enjoy. The subscriber only list excludes majority of the products in the wholesale only clients list.
